Job obligations:

  1. To develop and propose specific measures to attract investment to the Park from Europe and America in accordance with the existing local regulatory acts,
  2. To analyze the situation in the field of attracting investments to the Park from Europe and America, to develop and implement long-term and annual plans for finding investors and attracting investments;
  3. To build an information network and communication channels on the search for investors and attracting investments in Europe and America;
  4. To plan, arrange, direct and coordinate activities in order to find investors and attract investment; to arrange negotiations on issues related to attracting investments from Europe and America in cooperation with the Park administration, state institutions of Belarus and other organizations;
  5. To track the entire process of attracting and implementing investment projects; establish contacts with various foreign entrepreneurs and organizations, invite them to the Park for excursions and negotiations;
  6. To strengthen the work on the external promotion and popularization of the Park in Europe and America.

 Qualification requirements:

  1. Specialty: finance, economics and management, MBA and other similar specialties, academic degree not lower than a bachelor;
  2. Working experience in attracting investment for at least 5 years, work / study experience in Europe and America; preference is given to candidates with experience in successfully attracting investments for large projects;
  3. Developed communication and negotiation skills and abilities, the ability to establish and maintain public relations, developed ability to establish external communications;
  4. Proficiency in two languages ​​out of three indicated in brackets (Chinese, Russian, English) at the level of working languages;
  5. The ability to work in a team, the ability to intercultural communication, a developed sense of responsibility.
