In order to improve the level and quality of translation “China-Belarus Industrial Park, Development Company" targeted correction of defects occurring in the joint venture experts, whose activity is connected with the transfer, by a decision of the General Director October 10, 2016 year the seminar of translation was organized by HR department. In order to improve the level and quality of translation of the China-Belarus Industrial Park, Development Company’s experts and purposeful correction of the shortcomings, which are found in work of the specialists of the joint company, whose activity is connected with the translation.Оn October 10, 2016 оn the decision of the General Director, HR department organized the seminar of translation. Russian is not only one of official state languages in Belarus, is also a link in external communications of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park. Regardless of a field of activity, Russian language plays extremely important role and is used for communication by a significant amount of people around the world. The work of translators is a key of external communications and international relations of the industrial park; therefore, development of the universal high quality translation talents at this stage is the obligatory requirement of the industrial park.
The representative office of bureau located in Beijing which is used for attraction investments from China by China Merchants, groups of Central Asia, the deputy chief representative of the Beijing representative office of the China-Belarus industrial park, professor Zhou Runlin has been invited to this seminar. During the seminar, Professor Zhou outlined translators the advanced concepts of the translation, and focused attention on the common mistakes in the translation process, presented the methods and ways of translation closely working with experts. Participants of this seminar positive and with an initiative treated this seminar; one after another they expressed positive emotions, provide useful information, and returned to their workplaces with even greater enthusiasm and energetic attitude to work.
