Оn April 18, 2019 the heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Minsk and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus authorities visited Great Stone Industrial Park. The visit was held as part of a series of events introducing foreign diplomats the various areas of our country's life.
In his welcoming speech Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei stressed that Belarus, understanding the intense competition for an investor on the world market, created the most favorable investment climate for the residents of the industrial park, guaranteed by both national legislation and special international agreements and commitments. An important step in the development of the park will be the international forum within One Belt-One Road initiative that is held in July on the territory of Great Stone Industrial Park.
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of PRC to the Republic of Belarus Cui Qiming noticed that the high level of cooperation and good partnerships that have been established between China and Belarus, including the friendship between the leaders of the two countries, are the key to successful development of the park.
Аbout 60 foreign diplomats attended Great Stone Industrial Park. The guests got acquainted with the history and development of the industrial park, visited “One Station” comprehensive service center for residents and investors in the administrative building, as well as the China Merchants Group trade and exhibition center, which at present moment is the largest in Belarus.
The event was organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, administration of the industrial park and by the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Belarus.
