On September 24 in Zurich, representatives of more than 100 companies from European Union, Russia, Kazakhstan and China, including officials and diplomats met on the Joint Chamber of Commerce of Switzerland venue within the IV Forum of the New Silk Road. The event is supported by the Swiss-Chinese Chamber of Commerce (SCCC).
The Forum concentrated on the contribution of new initiatives to further the «One Belt, One Road» initiative, to discuss the prospects for its development, as well as to fully utilize unique business potential of mutual trade and investment between East and West.
The Great Stone Industrial Park was considered in Zurich by far the key issue of economic interest conjunction of the Silk Road and the Eurasian Economic Union pointwise in Belarus. Its unique location at the crossroads of the Eurasian Economic Union and the European Union and the best preferential treatment in the region provide manufacturers of innovative products with significant competitive advantages.
The Forum noted that in its short period of existence, the Great Stone has already turned into a key project of the «One Belt, One Road» initiative.
