The Intergovernmental Coordination Council 

The Intergovernmental Coordination Council is the supreme governing body of the Park.

Main functions:

  • Sets the park’s strategic goals;
  • Coordinates governments actions relating to the park;
  • Resolves issue, requiring governmental participation;
  • The Intergovernmental Coordination Council is the park’s ultimate governing body.
Industrial Park Administration

The Park’s Administration is a state institution, directly subordinate to the Government of the Republic of Belarus. The administration provides comprehensive support services for residents via the One Station Investor Services Department. They are also responsible for attracting and registering new residents, as well as to managing the park’s development and defining the preference regime.

Industrial Park Development Company

The Industrial Park Development Company develops and maintains the park’s infrastructure and utilities, buildings, and communal areas. This allows investors to quickly implement investment projects on pre-prepared land plots or in readymade production buildings, fully equipped with all necessary infrastructure.

The company also arranges lease or purchase of land plots, attracts investments to the park and provides operational and consulting services.
