The park management model provides a three-level management structure
On August 16, 2012 the Government of the Republic of Belarus established the Industrial Park Administration, which administers and provides comprehensive “one stop” end-to-end servicing for park residents. The Administration independently and promptly decides on attracting and registration of the Park residents, on other procedural matters (registration of a legal entity, determination of resident status, permission of the construction, assistance in migration issues, etc.), and in general on the existing Park management. All permissions are granted by the Park administration.
China-Belarus Joint-Stock Closed Company “Industrial Park Development Company” was founded on August 27, 2012.
The joint management company solves tasks connected with:
designing and building infrastructure facilities in the industrial park;
land resources and real estate management;
providing maintenance and consulting services;
attracting investments to the Park.
As an operator of land resources the joint venture grants lease of land plots on the territory of the Park or alienates them to private ownership of the Park residents and investors.
